Due to new registration policies, and the new requirement for all coaches to take the SafeSport certification, there are 3-4 steps that each coach must complete prior to the fall season.
Please follow and complete each of the 4 requirements along with submitting the documentation after all are completed. All steps must be done in order for you to get a coach card for this season. Once completed for this year, the only repeat step in the future will be the Background Check. (NOTE: If you are a returning coach who has already completed the Heads Up Concussion Training, you may skip step 3. If you have that certificate please upload it in the final submission, if not, we can try to access it from a previous year.)
Returning coaches may have received an auto generated email about updating their background check from MYSA/Affinity (this is the one you did last year). Please do not do this! The new guidelines are completely different.

Weather Cancellations:
If due to weather a game is suspended in the first half, it shall be replayed from the start. If the game is suspended after the end of the first half, it shall be recorded as a completed game.
RESCHEDULES
Weather related reschedules:
For rainout games - the home Club may re-schedule the game on any date where there is not a blackout for either team.
Teams need to be aware that games, especially make up games, can and will be scheduled up to the last date set for the session.
Teams refusing to reschedule on a date the host Club has available and the team did not request off, due to the team making other commitments, need be aware that the host Club does not have to accommodate them. The game does not have to be rescheduled and the team will receive a forfeit.
Reschedules NOT related to weather:
The REQUESTING team is responsible for the reschedule process.
Any changes that need to be made after the schedule is posted, teams must contact the opposing team to reschedule games. The rescheduling process MUST BE COMPLETED BY NOON WEDNESDAY of the week before the originally scheduled game.
If it is not completed by that time, the requesting team will have to pay the assigned referees and assignor fees.
The rescheduling process involves:
1. contacting other coach and come up with and submit 2-3 mutually agreeable dates for the rescheduled game (to locate the coach's contact information, click on the blue square with a question mark inside it on the schedules page)
2. Submit these dates via email to [email protected]
This needs to be COMPLETED by noon on WEDNESDAY of the week the game is currently scheduled, not STARTED by that time.
**If the other coach does not agree, the game will be played as scheduled. The NON REQUESTING team MUST agree to the change before any action will be taken.
We place games to match up with strings of already scheduled games for ease of scheduling referees.
The Pleasant Hill Scheduler will make change and inform both teams via email.
